How long can I use your products?

There is no restriction on using our products even after the membership expires, but access to downloads, support and new releases are not available. As a loyalty bonus we offer flat 20% OFF for renewals.

I have paid for my membership but not yet received login details. What's the problem?

Normally, our system delivers Welcome email with login details instantly after a SUCCESSFUL payment. Though there are times when the payment is withheld by payment gateways or network issues, we then have to review and process it manually. If you have not received welcome email, just Contact us and we will take care of it. Before send email to us, make sure to check your bulk / spam folder.

Can I share my membership details?

Given our already incredible pricing structure, we do not allow sharing of membership plans. As a paid member, you are not permitted to sub-license, assign or transfer your membership to any third party. If abuse is suspected, you will be subject to automatic suspension of your membership privileges.

Can I re-sell templates, themes and extensions?

No. You are not allowed to re-sell Joomla! or WordPress templates and extensions. However, you are entitled to customize templates, extensions for your clients.

Can I use club themes on 3rd party or client web sites?

Yes! Purchase of our templates / themes through any subscription entitles you to apply them to your clients' sites. Please be sure to note the maximum number of domains allowed for the type of license you have acquired and ensure you have registered at our site.

How many templates can I download after signup?

You can download all new and existing templates/themes within your membership period. We will release a minimum of one templates per month.

What does domain support mean?

We provide domain limitation support for Business(5 domains). Our theme is 100% GPL and for Advanced and Developer plans there is no domain restriction.

My membership expired, how can I renew and reactivate my account?

If you want to renew your account then login to our site then go to Order page then click the "Renew" button to renew your account. So, the renew membership gets added to your existing account. 20% discount is automatically added while checkout.

Is the membership fee a recurring payment?

No, if you do nothing your account will be deactivated after your membership period is over and you will not be rebilled. You can extend or reactivate your membership at any time, but if you don't do anything nothing will happen.

Which payment method do you accept?

We are accepting payments from PayPal.

My subscription renew will automatically?

No, you should to do it by manually by using your account Order page from our site

Can I buy a single theme?

Yes, we allow to buy single templates/themes. Click here to browse the single templates/themes.
