Licenses
Every time you 'buy' an item from AppClave market place, you are purchasing a license to use that item.
The licenses gives you the right to use any item purchased on AppClave in a personal or commercial project for yourself or a client, but the item cannot be resold or redistributed.
There are several licenses available on our market place base on your needs, understand the different licenses usages and buy accordingly.
Published items/designs are GPL compliant. Some of PHP portions of the items/designs are licensed under the appropriate GPL License of the parent platform.
The PHP portions developed by AppClave or partners, and the non-compiled portions including images, cascading style sheets and JavaScript of items/designs are licensed under the "AppClave Commercial License" in accordance with the rest of these Terms of Use.
The AppClave Commercial License is a GPL compatible license that pertains to the images, cascading style sheets and JavaScript elements of published items/designs on this site. As stated by the GPL license, these elements of items/designs that are not compiled together but are sent independently of GPL code, and combined in a client's browser, do not have to be GPL themselves. These images, cascading style sheets and JavaScript elements are copyrighted by AppClave or our partners and can be used and manipulated for your own or your clients purposes. You cannot redistribute these files as your own, or include them in a package or extension of your own without prior consent of AppClave. There are two license types may be used:
- For a single domain - regular license
- For unlimited domains - extended license, this license is a perfect option if you are independent web designer/developer/company who wants to use our items for your clients, this license does NOT allow for redistribution of templates in any form.
"Free" templates are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license. This means that it can be used for private and commercial purposes, edited freely or redistributed as long as you keep the link back to AppClave.com. If you would like to remove the link, you should purchase an AppClave Commercial License.

Regular License:
Basic License allows use of the item in one basic end product for you or for one client. You can transfer that basic end product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
You Can
- You can use the Item in basic end product which you are creating for yourself or for your client.
- You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can use the Item with other works and make a final product from it.
You Can’t
- You can’t incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
- You can’t redistribute or resell an Item.
- You can’t modify or extract Item licensed components and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis.
If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPL in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).
Extended License:
Extended License allows you to use the Item to create one single end product for yourself or for one client (a "Regular License”), and the end product may be Sold.
This license must be purchased if you intend to license, sublicense, redistribute, or resell the Final Product.
You Can
- You can use the Item to create one single end product for yourself or for one client which can be sold.
- You can incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
- You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can use the Item with other works and make a final product from it.
You Can’t
- You can’t redistribute or resell an Item.
- You can’t modify or extract Item licensed components and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis.
