General information

Get most of our supports using our Support Forum, Product details pages, Contact Form, Comment Support, etc., We offer no support via forum or otherwise for installation, customization, administration, etc. for free. An item comments are available to AppClave members only.

Language in Support

We given support in English language only. You can use our support forum to get support quickly.

Eligibility for Support

AppClave provide only subscription member, more details click here and for all other free resources you can get supports from our comment or forum page.

High Priority to Support

AppClave provide full free and premium supports to our Premium subscriptions member first.

Working Hours for Support

We provide unlimited support hours, most of the cases we will provide feedback on any support queries within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday). But that is depending on the issues and our works it can take upto 1 or 2 business days.

Our support includes following

  • Bugs related to a crushed AppClave template, theme, extensions and plugins functions.
  • Joomla, WordPress and Bootstrap compatibility error from a new product installations.
  • Bugs with a AppClave template, theme, extensions and plugins setup.
  • Supports with soruce code, which is template related only.

Our support service doesn’t extend

AppClave does not warranty or guarantee template and themes in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions/products or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the exhibition templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that AppClave templates will work with all browser combinations.

Bug Fixing

It is our commitment to fix all template/theme bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 24 – 48 hours. We will also try provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core theme package.
