Template Manager Save Button Not Working On Shaper Helix3

When I go to the Template Manager, change sometings choose to save the template nothing happens. I try it different browser but not do it. are you help me?

If you are not able to do it by yourself then please send your site Joomla admin login details to us for fixing that issue on your site.

Hi, I go and open 'plugins\system\helix\js\admin\layout.admin.js' on 143 from my site Joomla directory then just hide ("//") 'return false" but not fix it

Yes, We saw that :)

We checked on your site but save button has working on 'Template Manager' of your site. Please see the attached screenshot here. So can you clear your browser cache by pressing 'CTRL+F5' key in your keyboard and try again or try on new browser.

at first thanks for help... ı have a another problem now...when I click contact menu write in the address bar...demo or other menu's that does not happen why contact menu do it?

Yes, it's ok but I want to ask a question...These errors where due ? Does our server asynchronously or your software ?

Those errors were came from our side and in our next update we cleared all those issues.

The gallery issue came because of 'PS Fullwidth Slideshow' jQuery conflict. So what we did on your site means, we just disabled jquery option in this slideshow then it'll working.
