How to add a new Knowledgebases in AppClave

To create a new knowledgebase in AppClave, follow these simple steps:

Navigate to Your Account: Start by logging into your account, located on the right side of the interface, and click on the Dashboard.

Access "My Knowledgebases": From the dashboard, go to the "My Knowledgebases" menu and select "New Knowledgebase." This will direct you to the knowledgebase creation page.

Enter Knowledgebase Name and Description:

  • Knowledgebase Name:

    Begin by entering a title for your knowledgebase in the "Knowledgebase Name" field. The system will automatically generate an alias, or you can customize it.

  • Short Description:

    In the "Knowledgebase Short Description" field, provide a brief summary of your knowledgebase.

  • Full Description:

    In the "Knowledgebase Description" field, add a detailed write-up of the content, which will be displayed on the knowledgebase detail page.

Upload Knowledgebase Image:

Add a thumbnail image to represent your knowledgebases. The image should be in JPEG or PNG format, with dimensions of 700 x 350 px for optimal display.

Choose Category and Attributes:

Pick the most suitable category for your knowledge bases from the provided options.

Add Knowledgebase Tags:

In the "Knowledgebases Tags" section, include relevant keywords. Separate each tag with a comma and limit the total number of tags to 15. These tags help increase the visibility of your knowledgebase.

Save and Publish:

Once all sections are complete, click the "Create Knowledgebases" button to save and publish your content with the specified keywords.

Your knowledgebase is now ready to engage your audience!
