When a user purchases a product, the details of the transaction can be accessed through the account dashboard. To view the purchased orders, navigate to the "Order" menu located in the sidebar of the dashboard. Here, under the “My Order List,” you can find a comprehensive list of all purchased products, including those that have expired. This section provides a clear and organized view of your order history, making it easy to manage your purchases.

Invoices are only available for completed purchases made within a specified time frame. Within the “My Order List,” there is a “Manage” column where users can download invoices in PDF format for the products they have purchased. This feature ensures that users have a reliable way to access and store purchase records for future reference or financial documentation. It’s a straightforward and convenient process designed to enhance the user experience.

To access the “My Order List,” it is mandatory to log in to your AppClave account. Additionally, you must have purchased at least one product for this feature to be available. This requirement ensures that only authorized and verified users can view order details and download invoices, maintaining security and protecting user information.
