How to Configure the Force SSL options in Joomla 3
In this tutorial let see how to Configure the Force SSL options in Joomla 3 in details.
Step1: First we need to login to Joomla 3 admin dashboard
Step2: Once you have logged into Joomla 3.1 admin page then look at left side menu and Click the "Global Configuration" link
Step3: Then click the "Server" tab from top of the page.
Step4: Then Under the Server Settings find the option "Force SSL". Use the drop down menu to the right of the setting to select the option you want, and then click the Save button in the top left of the page.
Note: If you don't have SSL Certificate enabled for your domain name, then you will get an error after changes made in "Force SSL". This potentially can lock you out of your website! Please click here to read another tutorial.
